The Other Side Of Down // Meghan and Jeremy

immeghanyoung:

Red = You, Black = your opponent, Even = truth, odd = dare

Meghan pressed her lips to his cheek. It bothered her something fierce when he wouldn’t share his feelings, but she wasn’t going to push her way into his life if he didn’t want to share. Running her hand through his hair, all she could manage was a polite smile. “Well whatever it is, I just want you to know that I’ll always be here for you,” she whispered as she pulled him into a tight hug. She felt like she had to protect him from harm’s way, but she couldn’t help him if he wasn’t telling her what was wrong.

She clasped her hands together as he started setting up some kind of square. She loved playing card games, and when he said truth or dare, she let out a hardy laugh. “Please, I’ll own you at this!” she joked playfully as she sat across from Jeremy. Meg took a hair tie off of her wrist and put her hair up, a sign that she was down for anything. She nodded as he explained how to play, a devilish smirk dancing across her lips. “So, are you first or me?”

“I know you’ll always be there for me, you are a perfect friend but seriously I don’t have any proper problems which need help.” Jeremy said after Meg hugged him, she seemed to really want to help him but in all honesty he didn’t know what was going on with Emily. As for Antonio, he just hadn’t spent much time with him recently and he missed him. And as he thought this he felt sad and he lost his smile.

However the smile was back when Meg was enthusiastic about playing his game. He grinned and said, “Okay, I’ll pick first” He moved his hand around the floor a few times to build the suspense and then picked up one of the cards right in the middle. He turned it over and smiled. It was an 8 of hearts. “So that’s Red which means it is me and even so it’s a truth so you get to ask me a truth”
